Orders will be processed and shipped once we receive credit card authorization.

Order Tracking

Customer will receive an order confirmation number via e-mail when the order is placed. You must be a registered user to view your order information on kodiakboots.com.

Your order will be assigned a shipment tracking number by the carrier when it is shipped. This tracking number will appear in the e-mail notification you are sent at the time of shipping. You can click on the tracking number and it will link you to the most current shipping information for you order.

Order Changes

Due to the speed of order processing changes can’t be made once the order is placed. If a mistake has been made on the order you may return the unworn product for credit within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Order Status

In order to check your order status you must create an account during the purchasing process. Once you have created an account you can log in and check your order status on kodiakboots.com

Also, you will receive e-mails during order processing that will update you on your current order status. These will be sent to the e-mail address you supplied during checkout.

After your order has reached shipped status you will be able to track the order using the Tracking number.

Item Availability

Providing an item is in-stock your order should ship within 1-2 business days. Occasionally items ordered may not be available. You will be notified by e-mail and unavailable items will be deleted from the order. The remainder of your order will be shipped complete. 

If you ordered one item only and it is unavailable your order will be cancelled. No charges will be made to your credit card.

Warranty Policy

Kodiak provides a 6 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship applicable from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required in order to exercise the warranty. If Kodiak determines after inspecting the product that a defect has occurred as a result of normal use, Kodiak will repair or replace the defective footwear. Any wear deemed as abusive, excessive or inappropriate may void the warranty. All unworn footwear is subject to the same warranty standards (6 months) as some materials used in the manufacturing of this product may deteriorate over time regardless of wear.
