Return Policy For Online Purchases
Unworn footwear purchased at kodiakboots.com can be returned for full credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day period. Please use the Return Product form below to send your product back for credit. The product must be returned in the original packaging and the packaging must be intact and able to be returned to stock in order to receive credit.
Only online web returns accepted. For Retail Returns... If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Kodiak boots please return the product to the retailer from where it was originally purchased.
Kodiak is not responsible for return shipping charges. If you have received a damaged or defective item, call Customer Service at 1 800.263.5903 immediately so that we may assist you with the return of your item. For items purchased by Credit Card, please note that your card will be credited for the item returned upon receipt and verification of your return. Please allow 15 days for returns processing to be completed.
