This is not a duplicate charge. The first charge is the pre-authorization hold while the second charge is when the card is actually billed (plus taxes) when item is shipped.

We always do an initial “pre-authorize” on the card, which will show in a “pending” state for a few days. When the product ships, the order will “settle” and the pre-authorise hold would fall off your card.

After 24-72hrs, if your card still shows the first charge (and did not fall off the account), you will need to speak with the card holder or financial institution.
