Can I preorder items for delivery?

Pre-orders are not available. In all other cases, we only accept orders on items that we have in stock at the time.

What products are excluded from your offer?

Can I change/cancel my order?

Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible to the address provided. You'll not be able to cancel, change or modify after your order is placed. Please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-833-568-9557 (Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, excluding US holidays) or customerservice@kodiakboots.com. Ensure you have your order number when calling.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email? How can I confirm my order?

Sometimes, your email provider might put our emails into your Junk/Spam folder. Please check there for your order confirmation email. If you want to make sure you always receive our emails into your inbox, make sure to add our email address to your contact list.

Do you offer gift wrapping options?

We don't currently offer gift wrapping for orders on our website.

Can I return items to a store?

Items purchased online must be returned using our returns process. If you purchased your boots in a store, you must return them to that store.

I'm past 60 days since I order. Can I return my boots?

Products cannot be returned after 30 days from the date of purchase. Kodiak products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from date of purchase. For more information, please visit our Warranty Information page.

Can I ship to International/APO/FPO Addresses?

Items purchased on Kodiakboots.com can ony be shipped to addresses in the United States. Due to carrier restrictions, shipping isn't available to APO, FPO, and P.O. boxes.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Your order is shipped upon order verification and credit approval. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery, depending on location.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

When your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking information you'll need.

Where do I track my order?

Use our Order Tracking page to see the status of your order. If you don't have a kodiakboots.com account, make sure your order number, as well as the email address and billing postal code entered at the time you placed your order.

How do I return my order?

You should receive a pre-paid return label in the box with your shipment. Please fill in the reason for your return on your packing slip and include in the box and apply the return label to the outside of the box. Visit our Returns Information page for more information.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods at this time:

Why doesn't my promo code work?

On the shopping cart page, make sure to click the "Have a Promo Code" link to enter your promotion code. They can be entered exactly as they appear in the space provided.

Promo codes are case sensitive.

If your discount qualifies, it will display in the payment summary. If the problem continues, please check the terms and conditions of the code or give us a call a 1-833-568-9557.

*Note that most promotions require specific products to be included in your cart.

Why is my address not being accepted?

Does the address you typed match the address on file with the credit card company? If it does, and you still encounter a problem, please call our Customer Service at 1-833-568-9557.

How is sales tax calculated?

Some states charge sales tax on the things you buy, and some charge tax on shipping. We follow the rules implemented by each individual state.

Where sales tax is applicable, it will appear on your online order form and on the invoice included with your order. State sales tax may be added to all orders shipped to: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Go to our Log in page and enter your email address and password. Click the "Addresses" link to add or change any saved addresses.

How do I update my payment information?

Go to our Log in page and enter your email address and password. Click the "Payment Settings" link to add or change any saved payment methods.

How do I change/reset my password?

Go to our Log in page and enter your email address and password. Click the "Personal Data" link. On the resulting page, you can update your email address, name and change your password.
