Return Policy

For purchases made at a retail location, please return the product to the retailer from where it was originally purchased.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, call Customer Service at 1-833-568-9557 immediately so that we may assist you with the return of your item. Click here to fill out our return form.

Unworn footwear purchased at can be returned for full credit within 60 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after the 60 day period. If you don't receive a return label in your shipment, please call our customer service team at 1-833-568-9557 to have a return label sent to you. Include your original receipt or packing slip. The product must be returned in the original packaging and the packaging must be intact and able to be returned to stock in order to receive credit.

Did you order the wrong colour or size? For faster service, please place your reorder online and return your unwanted product for a refund.

Please allow 15 days for returns processing to be completed - credit will be issued at that time. Credits are applied to the original payment method upon receipt and verification of your return.

Keep your tracking number in the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit. Kodiak is not responsible for any returned packages until received at our facility.
