For purchases made at a retail location, please return the product to the retailer from where it was originally purchased.
A return label should be included in the box with your shipment. If you can't find your label, please call our customer service team at 1-833-568-9557to have a return label emailed to you. The product must be returned in the original packaging and the packaging must be intact and able to be returned to stock in order to receive credit. We ask that you include your packing slip with a reason for the return.
Did you order the wrong color or size? For faster service, please place your reorder online and return your unwanted product for a refund.
Please allow 15 days for returns processing to be completed - credit will be issued at that time. Credits are applied to the original payment method upon receipt and verification of your return.
Keep your tracking number in the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit. Kodiak is not responsible for any returned packages until received at our facility.
