      ‘‘Comfy and Versatile’’

I’ve had these boots for just over two years. These are extremely comfortable and versatile. I’ve been wearing them almost every day for the two years, except summer. They’ve seen lots of wear: long dog walks in the woods, and even a few hikes up some smaller mountains in Banff. Couple these with some good socks and you’re good to go for even -30c. Make sure to treat the leather properly, as with any leather boot. It did need mink oil every few months to keep water out. The only issue: after two years of heavy use, the sole doesn’t seal against the leather very well. It’s letting some water in.

‘‘Nice boots but not built to last’’

I really enjoyed the boots for the 4 months that they lasted but sadly water infiltration became an issue. Maybe i got a bad one as the seams were letting water in causing the insole to unglue itself from the leather. After some time it seems like the inside of the sole also broke and perforated the insole causing water to go in the boot. Beside this the boot itself was warm and comfortable even during the worst weather.

      ‘‘Nice but....’’

Have been using for 3 weeks, comfortable and hot, but the dark brown color goes away just by touching anything. For sure a problem with the tint. Customer service says normal !
