"I really really wanted to like these boots but they just fit really weird. Tried two different sizes - my regular size and a half size smaller. The length and the sole were fine and seemed comfortable but there was way too much room on the top of the foot. Very weird."

"And it’s paid off. With no reviews posted, I bought these in my true size hoping they’d be a good fit right away. I have high arches and finding a Chelsea style boot that doesn’t crush my foot bones is tricky. Lucky for me, these boots were comfortable right out of the box. I live in the PNW and work at a taphouse so I needed something that could stand up to liquids and rain. I have yet to slip in the kitchen while running plates to the dish pit or in the restaurant after mopping at the end of the night. Break in time was nearly non existent and I’ve received compliments from coworkers and customers alike. I wore a previous pair of Kodiak boots for my wedding and am glad I can continue to trust Kodiak when it comes to high quality work boots!"

- Is the sizing for these the same as the sizing for the Womens Bralorne Composite Chelsea Safety Work Boot? I have an 8.5 in those but wondering if these run larger?
- This style does fit a half size larger than the Bralorne.
- Can you share the length in CM of a size 6 and 6.5 for this boot? I am a size 6 in flats and 6.5 in sneakers and boots, but I’m not sure which size would be better for me because the prior reviewer said these boots ran large.
- Correct, this boot does fit a 1/2 size large, however you should take into consideration the socks you will be wearing with this boot. If you tend to wear a thick sock, you should account for that when choosing your size.
- Are these boots slip resistant and is it true to size? I have a wide size 7
